What I collect, and why

The contact form. When you submit the form, I receive what you typed: your name, your email address, and — if you choose to include them — your business name, phone number, and a description of the problem you want help with. This is sent to me by email so I can reply and set up your consultation. It isn't stored in a database on this site.

Analytics. This site uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that counts page visits without cookies and without tracking you across other websites. It shows me things like which pages get read — never who you are.

Email. If you email me directly, I'll have what you sent, in my inbox, like any other correspondence.

What I never do

• Sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
• Add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
• Share your details with third parties, except the services that deliver this site's email and hosting (currently Vercel for hosting and Resend for form delivery), which process it only to do those jobs.

Advertising

This site doesn't currently run advertising or advertising cookies. If I ever advertise the business (for example, through Google Ads) and that changes what this site collects — such as adding conversion measurement — this policy will be updated first to say exactly what's collected and how to opt out.

Your choices

If you'd like to know what information I have from you, want it corrected, or want it deleted, email me at hello@secondnature.software and I'll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Significant changes will be noted plainly at the top of the page.
