   We walk through the findings together and agree on what to fix now, what can wait, and what to build next for launch.

   A prioritized plan split into milestones, each with a fixed scope and clear deliverables.

   Harden & ship

   I fix, secure and build in a staging environment, then release in stages so your live app keeps running throughout.

   Regular progress updates and preview links to review each milestone before it goes live.

4. 04

   Hand off or keep going

   When the work is done, you decide what's next: run it yourself, bring in your own team, or keep me on for ongoing engineering.
