How every project is priced
- A free 30-minute consultation.We talk about your business and the problem. No obligation, and if software won't help, I say so.
- A written proposal with milestone pricing. The project broken into fixed steps, each with a clear deliverable and a fixed price — the way a good contractor bids a job. No hourly meter, no open-ended engagements.
- You pay per milestone, after approval.Each step is paid for only when it's delivered, working, and you've approved it. You decide the project keeps going.

How many workflows it touches
Automating one weekly chore is a smaller project than building the system a whole business runs on. Most projects start small on purpose.
What it has to connect to
Each connection — QuickBooks, a payment processor, a scheduling tool — adds work once, and saves retyping forever after.
Who uses it
A tool for you alone is simpler than one with logins and different views for office staff, field crews, and customers.
What data comes along
Years of spreadsheets and paper moving into the new system — carefully, with nothing lost — is real work, and it's quoted as its own milestone.
What's always included
Every project includes a warranty period — anything that doesn't work as agreed gets fixed free — and training for you and your staff. After launch, an optional monthly maintenance retainer keeps everything watched, updated, and improved, sized to what you actually run. Your software and your data are always yours, retainer or not.
Why no price list?
A "starting at" number is a guess dressed up as a promise — it either pads every small project or quietly grows on every real one. A fixed quote after a real conversation means the number you see is the number you pay. If your budget and the project don't fit, I'll tell you in the first conversation instead of wasting your time.
